What we can promise
Order confirmation: Order Confirmation will be made within 3 working days after receipt of the Purchase Order.
Delivery time: Depending on the order volume and type, the lead-time in general is from 4 to 10 weeks.

Claims: Customers have the right to claim for any faulty product which has exceeded the tolerance percentage and if the faults are attributed due to substandard quality or wrong technical specifications compared to the agreed requirements. Accepted time for claim reception and handling is maximum 3 months from delivery.
